Made with 4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless and cooked through, 1 c green grapes, 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced, 1/4 c almonds, slivered and 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, add grapes, water chestnuts, almonds and bacon.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, salt, mustard and curry powder.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Serve chilled.
