Chicken Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with qt. cooked chicken or turkey (white meat), coarsely cut (6 whole breasts), . seedless grapes (red and green), c. chopped celery, c. green onions, thinly sliced and c. mayonnaise (1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except almonds and chill overnight. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top of chicken salad just before serving.
