Chicken Rolls
Chicken Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 1/2 to 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 to 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and dash of garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine last 3 ingredients; set aside.
Cut chicken into 1-inch strips and dip in melted margarine.
Dip into bread crumb mixture.
Roll each strip individually in jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpick.
Place in greased casserole dish, single layer.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
