Chicken Roll
Chicken Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cooked chicken breast (4) chopped very fine, 1/2 c. chopped candied ginger, crushed, 1/2 c. ground almonds, 2 fresh shallots, minced and 2 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine ginger, almonds, shallots, curry powder, salt and pepper, lemon juice, softened butter, cream cheese, and chicken. Toast in heavy skillet over medium heat 3/4 c. sesame seed, 1 tbsp. sugar.
Shape chicken mix into 4 rolls.
Cut wax paper, spread 2 tbsp. seed on paper and roll the rolls in it.
Bring to room temperature to serve with sesame crackers.
