Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 chicken breasts, boiled until tender and cut in 1-inch pieces, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. minute rice, 3 tbsp. salsa or taco sauce (mild) and 1 small jar pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt 1/4 stick margarine in baking casserole dish.
Mix in soup, water and rice.
Mix well.
Saute onion and bell pepper in remaining margarine.
Mix all remaining ingredients and top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Broil until slightly brown on top.
