Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up in small pieces, 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook stuffing according to package directions and put in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, then put chicken and eggs on top of stuffing.
Mix all other ingredients and spread on top.
Top with cornflake crumbs.
