Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/3 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Heat margarine in 2 quart saucepan until melted.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk and broth.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch).
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes.
