Chicken, Rice Casserole
Chicken, Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. rice (not instant) and 7 to 8 chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease bottom of casserole dish with butter.
Mix soups and rice together.
Pour in dish.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Place on top of soup mixture.
Put pat of butter on each piece.
Cook at 250Β° for two and one half hours. Make sure all rice is covered to prevent drying.
I cover mine with tinfoil.
