Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/3 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat margarine until melted.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole or 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
