Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken, cut into pieces, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 medium onion, 1 c. minute rice and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Take one 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and melt margarine.
Dry chicken well and place in pan; roll in margarine to coat well. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper over chicken.
Dice onions and sprinkle over chicken with the rice.
Dilute the two cans of soup with 2 cans of water and pour slowly over chicken until all the rice is covered.
