Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice (not minute), 1 1/2 soup cans water, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray Pam in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan.
Mix together the three soups with 1/2 can each of water.
Pour over rice evenly.
Lightly (very lightly) salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice and soup.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover and bake at 250Β° for 3 hours. Uncover for a little while to brown.
Yields 12 servings.
