Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 3/4 c. water and 1 c. long grain rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Butter bottom of casserole dish.
Add rice to dish.
Mix water and cream of mushroom soup; pour 1/2 of mixture over rice.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice.
Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
