Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs, 1 1/4 c. minute rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted and 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soups, water, mushrooms and margarine.
Put rice in bottom of casserole and add all but 1 cup of soup mixture. Stir well.
Place chicken on top.
Pour remaining 1 cup of soup on top of chicken.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
