Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown rice, uncooked, 1 c. water, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 chopped red and green bell peppers, onion and celery (combined) and 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spray casserole dish with Pam spray.
Layer all ingredients, except chicken, in order given, ending with onion soup.
Top with chicken breasts.
Cover with foil and cook at 350Β° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
(I combine my soup and water before pouring over rice.
This is a good, low-fat low cholesterol meal when served with salad and garlic bread.)
