Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 c. minute rice (uncooked), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, mix the uncooked Minute rice, cream of chicken soup, onions, water, cubed chicken, salt and pepper.
Spread cream of mushroom soup on top.
Sprinkle Durkee French fried onions on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
