Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 c. chopped chicken and cheez-its, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook rice in a greased casserole dish. Put cooked rice, chicken and pimiento.
Blend together; salt lightly.
In separate bowl, mix soup and 3/4 soup can of chicken broth.
Pour over casserole and mix gently.
Top with crushed Cheez-Its.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
