Chicken Reuben
Chicken Reuben is an easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned or you may use whole cut-up chicken, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and excess liquid pressed out, 4 (4 x 6-inch) slices swiss cheese, 1 1/4 c. thousand island salad dressing and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in casserole pan.
Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese.
Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
