Chicken Quiche
Chicken Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place pastry shell on a preheated baking sheet in a 450° oven. Bake at 450° for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Reduce oven to 325°.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, flour, onion, parsley, basil, salt, mustard and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese and chicken evenly over the partially baked pastry shell.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake in 325° oven about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
