Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned (save broth), 1 1/3 c. broth, 1 stick oleo, melted, 3/4 c. milk and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Lay cut up chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Pour broth over chicken.
Spread soup over chicken.
Pour peas and carrots over all.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix oleo, flour and milk in separate bowl.
Pour over top of mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until brown crust appears on top.
Serves 6 to 8.
