Chicken-Pork Loaf
Chicken-Pork Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with meat of whole chicken, 1/2 lb. pork, 1 choriza de bilbao or slices of ham, 1 large onion and 2 large ripe tomatoes or 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind the chicken, pork, chorizo, onion, tomatoes and bread crumbs.
Mix thoroughly the salt, eggs, ground pepper and milk. Now add all the ingredients and mix well.
Pack into a greased loaf pan or other Pyrex casserole.
Steam or bake in a moderate oven (350° to 375°) until the loaf is firm but not too dry.
Slice and serve.
