Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled, deboned and chopped, 6 boiled eggs, sliced, 2 tbsp. oleo, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place chopped chicken in a 9-inch greased casserole.
Cover with sliced eggs.
Combine flour and oleo in saucepan.
Add cream of chicken soup.
Heat and pour over eggs.
Sprinkle with cheese, split biscuits and place over top to cover casserole.
Bake at 350Β° about 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
Makes 6 or 8 servings.
