Chicken Philippine Style

Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler chicken, cut in pieces, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
