Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. basil or oregano, 1 beaten egg and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Dip chicken in egg and then into crumb mix.
Preheat electric skillet to 350° and melt butter in skillet.
Cook chicken breasts about 3 minutes on each side.
Combine tomato sauce, tomatoes and water.
Pour over chicken.
Reduce heat to 220°; cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top; cover and cook until cheese melts.
