Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bell pepper, 1 tomato, 1 small can mushrooms, 8 egg whites and 1 can spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put you chicken breasts in a bowl of egg whites for 1 min. each.
Put each breast individually in a large bowl of bread crumbs and shake and move around until chicken is completely covered with crumbs.
Lay the breasts on a non-stick or sprayed cooking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take 1 breast at a time off sheet and put in pan with olive oil on medium heat.
Cook chicken for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
