Chicken Noodle Casserole
Chicken Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked thin egg noodles, broken up, 2-3 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey, 1 c. chicken broth, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine noodles, chicken, chicken broth, milk, salt and pepper in 2 quart microproof casserole.
Stir; cover with casserole lid and cook on 70 for 8-10 minutes or until noodles are cooked but still firm, stirring once.
Stir in cheese and olives.
Cook, uncovered, on 20 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
4-6 servings.
Total cooking time: 13-15 minutes.
