Chicken Mushroom Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pieces chicken or amount needed, 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1 can evaporated milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash chicken thoroughly.
Dry with paper towel.
Lay chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine half the onions with the soup and milk.
