Chicken Monte Carlo
Chicken Monte Carlo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 8 halves chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Simmer chicken 1 hour in onion salted water.
Skin, bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Next, add chicken pieces.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and then herb dressing.
Drizzle margarine over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
