Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 16 oz. bottle marsala cooking wine and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flour, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and coat chicken breasts in that mixture.
Brown coated chicken with 1/2 stick of butter.
After first turn add salt and pepper.
After chicken is browned, remove to rimmed baking dish.
Now put 1/3 stick of butter in frypan and using spatula scrape bottom of pan. Put in mushrooms and stir until they're coated and shrink a little.
Add 16 ounce bottle of Marsala cooking wine and turn heat to medium-high.
When liquid starts to bubble, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour mixture and 1/4 cup milk.
Stir 1 to 2 minutes, then add to baking dish and warm in oven for 10 minutes.
