Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. marsala wine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 c. water and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dredge chicken in flour.
In large skillet, melt butter.
Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned on each side.
Remove to serving platter.
Add shallots to skillet; cook until tender. Stir in water, Marsala, mushrooms, parsley and salt.
Cook, stirring to deglaze the pan, until the mushrooms are tender. Return chicken to pan.
Cook, turning once, until both sides are coated and sauce thickens.
