Chicken Liver Stroganoff
Chicken Liver Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 can mushrooms, drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 tsp. dried thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Clean chicken livers.
Saute onions and mushrooms (if using fresh) in oil until wilted.
Add chicken livers and saute until light brown outside and pink on inside.
Add cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, salt and pepper and thyme.
Simmer until hot and bubbly.
Stir in milk.
Heat through and serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
