Chicken Liver Casserole
Chicken Liver Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. chicken livers, salt and pepper to taste, flour, margarine enough to brown chicken liver in and 3 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle livers with salt and pepper; shake in small amount of flour in paper bag.
Brown in margarine in hot skillet.
Saute onion and rice in remaining butter in skillet until lightly browned.
Add chicken broth; stir well and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place livers over top of rice.
Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
