Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in just 46 minutes. Made with large can chunk chicken or 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced, ro-tel tomatoes (original), cream of chicken soup, (8 oz.) sour cream and cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut strips of floured tortillas, size of about 3-inches wide. Mix tomatoes, soup and sour cream together in blender or mix real well.
Layer like lasagna the tortilla strips, chicken and cottage cheese; repeat for second layer, then add sauce to top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let set for awhile before eating.
