Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an impressive pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with chicken breast halves, c. water, lasagna noodles, (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and c. cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Arrange chicken breasts in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, placing meatier portions to outside of dish.
Add water; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 12 to 18 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 6 minutes.
Cool chicken; cut into bite size pieces.
Set aside.
