Chicken Kabobs
Chicken Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut in 24 pieces, 1 medium green pepper, cut in 24 pieces, 1 apple, cut in 24 pieces, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 tsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
You will also need 12 (6-inch) long skewers.
On each skewer, alternate chicken, green pepper and apple.
Repeat once.
Place kabobs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine lemon juice with oil.
Brush on kabobs.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
