Chicken Italiano
Chicken Italiano is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast, 3/4 c. reduced calorie italian dressing, 16 oz. pkg. green giant american mixtures california style frozen vegetables, 1/2 lb. hot cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large skillet combine chicken and 1/3 cup Italian dressing.
Saute until chicken starts to brown.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
Cover.
Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta or mix pasta with vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 5 servings.
