Chicken in Rice Casserole
Chicken In Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. almonds (optional), 2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix, 1 green pepper, chopped, 4 1/2 c. water (use broth from boiled chicken) and 1 c. rice (not minute rice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil water and add soup mix.
Brown onion, celery and pepper. Add rice, chicken and remaining ingredients to soup mixture and stir.
Place in casserole dish.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
