Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
Chicken In Mushroom Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split in half, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. dry sherry wine and 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spray oblong Pyrex baking dish with Pam.
Mix soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms.
Layer 1/3 of this mixture in bottom of dish. Place chicken on top, then pour on rest of soup mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 3/4 of an hour.
Cook 8 ounces of medium egg noodles.
Pour mixture over.
Sprinkle on chopped parsley.
