Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and chilies and 1 can whole green chilies, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil chicken and onion; bone, skin and set aside.
Mix together and bring to a boil the soup, Ro-Tel, chilies, broth, salt and garlic.
Fry tortillas and tear in half.
Layer half of tortillas, half of sauce, half of grated cheese and all of chicken, cut in medium size pieces.
Then layer other half of tortillas, half of sauce and half of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes in a 2-quart dish.
