Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and cubed, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in saucepan low heat.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Add tomato sauce and stir.
Sauce should be thick, but not stiff.
Water to desired consistency. Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
Mix 1/4 cup sauce with chicken.
Tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll up and place in rectangular casserole dish.
Pour remaining sauce over tortillas sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted and chicken is heated throughout.
