Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, cooked, 14 flour or corn tortillas, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 carton sour cream and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken, bone and set aside.
Saute onion in 1/2 stick of oleo.
Add green chilies, Cheez Whiz, soup and sour cream.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Put 2 tablespoons mixture on tortilla, 3 tablespoons (more or less) chicken on tortilla and roll up.
Place in a long baking dish and when filled, pour remaining soup mixture over and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven until hot and bubbly.
