Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can milk, 1 can mild green chilies and 1/2 onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil in salt water the chicken; cool and debone.
Set aside. Heat all chicken soup, milk, green chilies, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Set aside.
Layer in 2-quart casserole dish, lightly greased, large flour tortillas, chicken soup mixture and grated cheese.
Layer until all ingredients are used up.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour until cheese is melted and food is heated through.
