Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 2/3 c. water and 1 tbsp. dijon style mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned; remove.
Pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.
Serve with rice.
