Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 2/3 c. water and 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned.
Remove from skillet; pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.
Stir often.
Serve with rice.
