Chicken Cutlets
Chicken Cutlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken cutlets, halved, 2 eggs, 1 c. water, 2 tsp. paprika and 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Marinate cutlets in eggs, water, paprika and garlic for 2 hours.
Bread marinated chicken in seasoned bread crumbs and saute in margarine.
Place browned chicken in oblong casserole dish, lined with foil.
Add chicken broth, wine, cheese, mushrooms, etc. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove foil cover and bake 15 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
