Chicken Curry

Boil chicken until tender.
Save two cups of chicken broth. Slice onion and saute in the shortening.
Add flour, curry, ginger, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Simmer until onions are soft.
Add chicken broth and chicken.

Serve over rice.
