Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with skinned, deboned chicken breasts, slightly cooked bacon, (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, (10.5 oz.) can undiluted cream of chicken soup and pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with chipped beef.
Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and arrange in dish.
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
Bake at 275Β°, uncovered, for approximately 3 hours. Twenty minutes before baking is finished, sprinkle cheese over chicken and finish cooking.
