Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned, salt to taste, 6 thin slices lean baked ham, 6 oz. swiss cheese in sticks and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
Season with salt.
Place ham and cheese stick on each breast and roll up and tie.
Coat rolls with flour and lightly brown in butter.
Place in baking dish.
In same skillet, stir in mushrooms, water, wine and Heinz 57 sauce.
Heat and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Thicken sauce if desired.
Serve with rice.
