Chicken Chowder
Chicken Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, 4 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 to 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped and 2 to 3 medium carrots, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth, reserving 3 cups in Dutch oven.
Remove meat from bones and cut in pieces; set aside.
Add potatoes and carrots to broth; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chicken, corn, tomato sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
