Chicken Cheese Soufflé
Chicken Cheese Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices buttered white bread (crusts cut off), 2 large cooked chicken breasts, sliced, 8 slices "old english" cheese, 6 eggs and 3 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large flat casserole dish (9 x 13-inch), place bread, sliced chicken breasts, then sliced cheese.
Cut to fit pan.
Beat eggs and milk until blended.
Pour over bread, chicken and cheese in casserole dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300° for 1 hour until eggs are set and nicely browned.
