Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, 1 small onion, salt to taste, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles and 1/2 lb. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place chicken and onion in saucepan.
Cover with water and add salt.
Cook slowly tender.
Remove chicken and onion. Put noodles in broth and cook until tender as package directs. Debone chicken and add to drained noodles along with cheese and soup.
Place in casserole.
Melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes. Yield
6 to 8 servings.
